T-Mobile goes 3G at 7.2Mbps nationwide

Yesterday T-Mobile announced that its entire nationwide 3G network has been upgraded from 3.2Mbps to 7.2Mbps making T-Mobile the only nationwide wireless data provider at these high speeds.  That's a huge leap in bandwidth, and moves T-Mobile one-step closer towards their 21Mbps HSPA+ network. To put these two advances into perspective, the 7.2Mbps bandwidth is equal to the combined bandwidth of almost 5 T1's, and 21Mbps is equal to the combined bandwidth of 14 dedicated data T1's.  And this is wireless!!  Amazing stuff that continues to change the game of data communications.
